As of July 2019 Hedda Paulsen joins our team as a research assistant. She will mainly focus on SCANPUBS WP1, collecting data and analyzing the immigration debate aired at key TV channels in Scandinavia, as well as handling the project’s administrative work. Hedda completed her master’s degree in media studies at the University of Bergen. Her thesis is a comparative and quantitative analysis of how two of the largest newspapers in Norway presented the mental illness depression in 1996 and 2016.
